Constant C Technology Group is a Winnipeg-based IT services provider that has kept technology working for businesses across Manitoba since 1986, when President and CEO Jason Kolaski founded the company as a small software firm serving Canadian video rental chains. Over four decades, Constant C has evolved alongside its clients’ needs, expanding from software into networking, servers, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and now AI strategy through its Managed Intelligence practice. Today, the company offers flat-rate managed IT support, co-managed services for in-house IT teams, network security, cloud computing, backup and disaster recovery, and business phone systems, all backed by a guaranteed one-hour response time, a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and fixed, predictable pricing. Constant C attributes its longevity not to technology itself but to the strength of its relationships, with many team members staying for ten to twenty years and clients remaining loyal through consistently kept promises. The company also gives back to its community, supporting organizations such as the Salvation Army, Rotary International, and Siloam Mission, and now serves clients from additional locations in Calgary and Toronto.
