Recommended Roofing was established in March 2019 with a straightforward purpose: to provide Irish homeowners and businesses with a roofing contractor they could trust — one that arrived when promised, communicated honestly about costs and timelines, and stood fully behind its work. We began with a team focused on Cork city and its suburbs — Ballincollig, Douglas, Midleton, Montenotte and the Victorian terraces of Sunday’s Well. Within the first 18 months of trading, referrals from satisfied clients and institutional roofing contracts with Bank of Ireland brought us into Limerick, then west into Galway, and from there into Dublin and the wider commuter belt. Today in 2026, we operate with dedicated crews across all four cities, maintaining the same standard of workmanship whether we’re repairing a ridge tile in Dooradoyle, replacing a chimney flashing in Salthill, or installing a full natural slate system on a protected structure in South Dublin.
